Maasdam Overview & Video Tour

Today at Cruise3Sixty I had the opportunity to tour Holland America Line’s beautiful ms. Maasdam. I have never sailed on Holland America, but after today I hope I will someday have the chance too! First off, the crew is phenomenal. Everybody on board was so friendly and very helpful. The dining room staff was very attentive and friendly. As soon as my water was out, someone was already re-filling it! The food was also delicious, it was honestly the best meal I have ever had while on a cruise ship! My main course was the Pacific Cod, and it was delicious! The ship in general was beautiful, even for being 19 years old! The one thing I really enjoyed about ms. Maasdam was the intimacy of it. ms. Maasdam only weighs 55,000 tons and carries 1,200 passengers, and because it was such a small ship, the service felt more personalized than it would be on a larger ship.

My main point though is, Holland America Line’s ms. Maasdam is a ship worth cruising on, and Holland America is a great cruise line with one of the best products out there because of its attention to detail and its personalized service. I truly hope I will be able to experience Holland America Line someday on a full cruise, so I can be a part of the “Signature of Excellence” experience. So here is a video I put together that shows you the beautiful, ms. Maasdam…

I want to give a big thank you to the great people over at Holland America Line and Cruise3Sixty who helped arrange this amazing ship tour for me. It was definitely a great experience, and I hope that I will be able to return to Holland America Line very soon!

Have a great night/day everyone!
