Holland America Launches “Explore 4” Promotion

Zuiderdam - Day 1 021Holland America Line has launched a new promotion for guests looking to book early for the 2014 cruise season. The new promotion looks to entice cruisers with special “value-added exclusive extras.”

When cruisers book a qualifying Explore 4 itinerary, guests will receive a free Signature Beverage Package or beverage card, a free specialty restaurant dinner, free or reduced fares for third and fourth guests in the same stateroom and 50 percent reduced deposits. Cruisers looking to take advantage of the Explore 4 program can choose select itineraries to nearly all of Holland America Line’s global destinations, including Alaska and Alaska/Yukon Land+Sea Journeys, Asia, Australia/New Zealand, Canada/New England, Caribbean, Europe, Mexico/Hawaii, Panama Canal, South America/Antarctica, the South Pacific and holiday cruises.

“With the Explore 4 promotion, there is a real benefit to planning ahead and booking that dream cruise well in advance,” said Richard Meadows, Holland America Line’s executive vice president, marketing, sales and guest programs. “These offers add even more value to the Holland America Line experience, and by giving our guests four perks under one promotion, we’re showing how worthwhile it is to book early.”

With free or reduced third and fourth guests, a family of four can take a dream vacation to Europe, a tropical holiday to the Caribbean or longer journey to an exotic destination. In the Caribbean, fares start at $599 for the first and second, and the third and fourth guests sail free. An 11-day European cruise starts at $1,799 for an interior stateroom and $1,999 for an ocean-view stateroom for the first and second guests, and the third and fourth guests sail free.
