Thanks to a partnership with world famous Le Cirque of New York City, Holland America Line offers one of the most unique dining experiences at sea.

Taking place one night during each sailing, Holland America Line’s award winning Pinnacle Grill transforms into “An Evening At Le Cirque.” On many ships, the actual appearance of the ship restaurant is transformed, showing off artwork inspired by the New York City restaurant. The experience also offers the unique and creative plate designs from shore, featuring bright red borders and monkeys reaching for falling apples. The remaining cutlery and drink ware is also inspired by the styles found ashore at Le Cirque.

The evening’s most important aspect is the menu and Holland America Line has partnered with the chef’s of Le Cirque to deliver the unique and premium dining experience found ashore. The menu for the evening typically offers 3 starters, 3 main courses, and a number of desserts, all found on the menu at Le Cirque in New York City. From the famous Lobster Salad, to the Chateaubriand, and the crème brûlée, Holland America Line’s expert chefs are able to deliver Le Cirque culinary excellence accompanied by the exceptional service by Holland America Line crew.

At the end of the evening, guests will return to their staterooms to find a special, exclusive Le Cirque chest, housing two rich chocolate truffles. A perfect reminder of the evening spent dining in Le Cirque fashion aboard a Holland America Line ship.

The partnership between Le Ciruqe and Holland America Line also extends into the ship’s Culinary Arts Centers, presented by Food & Wine Magazine. On most sailings, the ship’s culinary team will hold a cooking demonstration with a Le Cirque theme. Guests will be able to watch and experience the creation of some of the finest dishes found on the Le Cirque menu.

The unique partnership between Holland America Line and Le Cirque continues to sail strong, capturing the taste buds and palates of guests throughout the fleet.

Holland America Line’s Le Cirque dining experience is offered throughout the fleet, but on a limited availability. Guests are encouraged to make reservations prior to sailing to ensure a table can be reserved for the designated Le Cirque evening.
