Carnival Creates Interactive Help Page On Facebook

ews and updatedCarnival Cruise Lines has launched a new tab on their Facebook page to help address the concerns of cruisers as well as share news and updates of the cruise line.

The new tab, dubbed “Carnival News & Updates,” allows cruisers to vote in an online poll to help choose the next topic discussed on the News & Updates tab. This week’s choices include…

  • What’s the status of visits at Grand Turk
  • What can you tell us about the new ship coming out in 2016?

After the poll has closed each week and the winning question selected, Carnival will post in-depth answers from the people best qualified to give them, from the CEO to the ship’s chief mechanic. This will start over each week with 3 new questions being chosen from Carnival fans submitted questions. Questions can be submitted by clicking on the “Ask Away” button at the bottom of the page.

The page also features some of the most popular questions Carnival fans ask with answers from the Carnival team. Through this new tab, Carnival will be able to better connect with guests and share important news updates.
