Carnival dream leaves Saturday at 4pm from port canaveral… Two questions…. Will it be able to arrive back from the st. thomas/martin area (leaving Wednesday evening)? And will the dream then be able to leave on time based on the current track keeping it off shore of Florida… Wasn’t sure if there was a safe distance needed before they would venture out

Carnival Victory, from the company's Carnival Cruise Line brand, pulled into Amber Cove with nearly 3,000 guests. The port serves as a gateway to the Puerto Plata region, the newest destination in the Caribbean, the world's most popular region for cruise vacations. The port's opening marks the return of regular cruise ship visits to Puerto Plata for the first time in nearly 30 years. (PRNewsFoto/Carnival Cruise Line)
