About Cruise Currents

Founded on August 14, 2011 originally as Mikey’s Cruise Blog, Cruise Currents quickly became a reliable source for cruise industry news and professional cruise reviews. Cruise Currents main mission is to report on current events within the cruise industry – hence the name, Cruise Currents. While our main mission is to report on cruise news, we also highlight life on board cruise ships, different shore excursions, ports of call, and even places to eat and shop. In addition, we frequently have our editor, Mike Faust, and other contributors cruising around the world and touring cruise ships, bringing you experiences and reports from various ships and ports of call. Al things considered, Cruise Currents is a reliable source for cruise industry news and professional cruise reviews.
